How do I order online?
Go to the description page for the first item you wish to purchase. Find the entry field labeled "Quantity"--it's usually next to the item's picture. Enter the quantity desired and then click on the "Buy Now" button. The item you've selected will be displayed in your shopping cart. Follow the onscreen instructions to either checkout or click on "Continue Shopping". If you continue shopping, you will be able to add more items to your shopping cart. You can return to checkout at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" icon that will appear in the upper right corner of your screen. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping Info page for more details. You can also simply add your desired items to your cart, enter your shipping destination and use the shipping calculator at checkout to show you the shipping cost.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We try to ship all orders within one business day. Transit time can add one to seven days depending on your distance from Minnesota. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. Please check our
Shipping Info page for delivery times to your location. Customers outside the U.S. should refer to the Shipping Info page for more information. While we carry a large inventory, there are occasions when an item is out of stock and it must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If that does occur, we will notify you by email within one business day and allow you to cancel or change your order.
Can my order be shipped by air (overnight, 2- or 3-day)?
Yes. Choose your desired shipping option at checkout. Note: Orders placed before 10am CST will generally ship the same business day. Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. Please contact us if you have special delivery requirements.
Will sales tax be added to my order?
No, unless your order is being shipped to Minnesota. Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Minnesota. We do not currently collect sales tax for other states. Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for any duties or taxes added to imports by their own country.
What if items are broken or damaged in transit?
This rarely occurs as all shipments are double-boxed for protection. However, all shipments are insured just in case. Should an item arrive damaged, contact us immediately for replacement instructions.
Are there any restrictions to promotions and coupons?
Yes. Promotions and coupons are for a limited time and while supplies, cannot be combined, and are not valid on prior purchase. Limit of one per customer. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Artek Webbing is excluded from all sales and promotions. Contact us for complete details.
